speedo question
OK, here it is. I have the electronic 140mph speedo and 8k tach in my car. The odometer does not work, and it is in bad shape. Can I use a guage cluster with the 120mph speedo and 6k tach without hassles? Is the signal the same?
Would I have to put a 140mph overlay on the new speedo? Could I?
I have searched around, but found nothing this specific.

The speedo will not have to be recalibrated. Elec speedo swap and read correctly just the same as cable driven speedometers.
Just put the new speedo in place of the old one in the existing cluster.
