Fuel Pump won't prime

Did search but here is what I did to make it happen.
Wiring in manual fan switch. Instead of grounding to Green/white wire on Fan relay, I mistakenly grounded to the green/white wire on the Fuel Pump relay.
This is a hot wire as I heard a pop sound, like a blown fuse.
Car will start after couple cranks by backup of oil pressure switch (runs great) but will not prime.
I have checked all the fuses in the driver's side fuse panel and the ECM fuse and none are blown. I have switched the relays too.
Is there a fuse I may have missed, did I damage the ECM possible?
Any idea what damage I may have caused by shorting that wire?

Did you check the fuse by the battery near the radiator?

since your car is over 11 years old, some of the wiring connectors are pretty brittle. in my 88 i had a wire viabrate loose and lose contact with the plug that plugs into the fuel pump relay. i had to put on a new connector and it worked again. also in my 88 i have 4 wires coming off of the starter with fusable links, and one wire runs to that relay board. id crawl under there and check it out. and if your fusable links are blow, have fun

The grn/wht wire is a 12 volt feed through a driver in the ECM. If you grounded it you most likely destroyed the device or a part of it. Double check the fuses, however I think they will be OK. The fuel pump circuit is different from the fan control. In the fan circuit the driver is basically an open collector circuit so gorunding it won't cause any damage. The fuel pump driver part of the ECM is different, there it provides a switched 12 volts through one of the drivers and shorting it to ground has the nasty habit of blowing it apart. If you want open the ECM assuming the fuses are OK and look carefully at the devices mounted to the heatsink. Most likely one will have a hole in it and you will find a couple of little black epoxy pieces thats left floating around. Hope I am wrong. LOL
