Trunk Release Button

I believe it's supposed to work that way, sort of a safety feature in case by accident you press it while doing 85 mph on a highway.
What a site that would be seeing a hatch flying by on a highway.

yeah, its a safety feature. My hatch button stopped working, so I just found the power wire to the solinoid, and ran a new wire straight back with a diff/hidden momentary switch, now it will pop whenever. You could try that, but I dont think there is a quick or easy fix to it, besides for that
