Got a 1982 Pontiac firebird with passenger side window problems. Most times it works fine, but lately it's sticking halfway up, then after a few minutes it will go up an inch or 2, but not all of the way. I have to repeat that senario until the window is all the way up. Is my motor going bad, or could it be the switch?

Any insight would be appreciated

yea i have that same problem on my driver side, it seems to me the motor is about shot.

 

If you havent done so try just checking if the window mover is dirty... that could be the problem :P
