Locks and power mirror?!
Ok so this morning I drove to work and my radiator has been leaking and the car has been getting to be a little ovver 220 and there has been alot of water in the engine compartment from me filling it up and from it leaking, back to the story so I get to work and I shut off the car and I go to lock the doors but the power button does not work and so I try the other side and neither does it and I turn the power on to the car and the radio was reset back to the stations that are on it after you disconect the battery and my power mirrors won't work either and everytime I stop and then start the car back up again my radio is reset again any ideas?! Everything electric has been working 100% on the car till today.

I'd guess the fusible link at the starter gave out (blew or just broke) since the windows and locks aren't powered directly from the ACC circuit. They do share the same power wire from the starter though IIRC. Do your dome & 'courtesy' lights work still ?
