ware does the coolent temp wire hook up at the fire wall???

ware does the coolent temp wire hook up at the fire wall???

hey guys i found out why my temp gage doesnt work teh wire is snipped off at the sensor and i can not find ware it hooks up at the fire wall can soem one please post a pic of the area ware i should find the hook up for the wire on the fire wall i know its just one singal metal wire but i cant find it at all of course i havent looked real hard but i need to no the area to look in.

my car is an 83 z28 lg4 305 with an auto if that helps at all all my othe rgages work but the temp one and i want it working cause i dont want to over heat my car and not no it.

Axle/Gears: 373's in T/A .. vette unknown
my 84 lg-4 had the wire in the harness for the A'C compressor, and it ran on top of the drivers side valve cover, its a dark green wire

Same on my 87 Z28. I was messing with that today actually, put a connector on it, old one broke off.

The wire snakes through the loom and ends up at the bulkhead connector on the firewall.
