Got a fog light question...
I'm sure I am missing something easy here. It's been a longggggg day.
Anyway, One of my fogs died. Instead of seeing the two bolts underneath and removing them, I changed my bulb the long way which was a major pain in the ***.
Anyway, The bulb just fell off of the connectors. I soddered it back on.
But what if you want new bulbs, you have to break the old ones off, and sodder the new ones on? Or do you just buy the whole socket?
*Always check the board first, I made a 10 minute job a 2 hour one

I swear, our cars share the same fate. Every time something happens to one of our cars, the same thing happens to the other! My fog lamp died about a week ago too, but I didn't break anything
Anyway, my fogs were no problem to change. The first time they went out, I had access to a lift at school, so when I changed my oil, I had a kid with small hands just reach up there and change them. The next time, somehow I managed to reach in there with the car on the ground. Last time, I just took the grille off for easier access. The socket has to twist out, and then the bulb just pulls out of that. So twist the socket out of the light housing, then pull the bulb from the socket. Pop a new one in, twist the socket into the housing and you're set.
Moving to electronics, cause this isn't really appearance and detailing.

Hey, what do you expect, their twins
The whole twisting thing from behind got me. Thats what took forever, I also took my grill off. I tried to get it from behind and removed my air dam, but that was a dumb idea
I ended up ripping the whole fog light off and fixing the bulb
