tpi to carb
what all do i have to change over for all the gauges and such to work on my 87 formula.
it was orignally a 305 TPI w/ 5sp, i want to change it to a 327 carbed with vortec heads and the same 5sp but rebuilt.
what all do i have to do to make sure my dam check engine light doesnt stay on? or can i take out the ECM all together?
i want the least amount of wiring as possiable.

Just completed the swao to carb . I left my wiring in because im experiminting . Your guages should operate fine but your ses light will stay on unless you remove thew bulb . I did completely unplug my ecm from all power sources and my light is on .
