Steering Whell/Horn

I have A problem with my steering wheel, when I turn my steering wheel the horn honks. Its on a 91 RS w/air bag and tilt wheel. Its in the wires some where, but I cant tell where. Any ideas would be appreciated.

maybe the contact ring in the column is messed up; ie: bent.

Maybe the wire is frayed somewhere and grounding it out and making it honk?
