Has anyone had a problem with the head lights on a 91-92 firebird or gta??? I have checked both of the motors and they are fine. I looked at the wiring diag. for this car and it goes to a modual relay, a f%&$ $220 one at that. I took it off from the right side of the wiper motor and I tried to take it apart but it has that electrical crap on it so moisture does not get in and all I seen was a board inside with a "replace, do not try to fix" sticker on it. The problem is is when you turn the lights off the hed lights stay up and start to tick, and sometimes they do the same and go down, the relay keeps telling it to do this..WTF. I called GM and asked them and they said the same thing and I can't get it after market because it was made for this car ONLY . Any help would be greatly appreciated

 

Dude the 3 bearing in each of the headlight motors have crumbled. You need to take out the motors and replace the crumbled bearing with 3 metal bearings. Check out Steve''s link below.
