Actron Scanner, Please help
Need to know if $89 is a good deal for this. It has the 3 line LCD readout and is ready to plug into data port.

my scanner was 300 bucks, but ill be damned if it didnt come with 5 different harnesses for every american car made --with a ecm-- obd 1 and 2...
