I mean I noticed when I was putting it back 2gether that it wasn't clicking but the metal thingy I was playing with(the high beam switch I assume) didnt give me any risistance it just felt lose and I just put everything together cuz I didnt feel like it. you have a metal (L) or foot shaped pivot bracket that the turn switch pushes againts, that inturnes pushes againt a metal rod that goes into a switch at the half way point of the steering column(left hand side I think)that is your high beam switch. remove hush panel and take a look to see that every thing is hooked up.

thankz man I fixed it today you know that metal L thing was bent to hell!!! You know in the intructions towards fixing your steering colum should really have a warning on that little booger I mean I didnt even notice it was holding the metal housing over the tilt mechisime thing and I just went Chris Farley wanking and away and it ended up looking more like a F then a L

its all good now, I took it out and hammered it back to the way it was it's all good
