check ofor voltage at the relay but also check to see if the oil pressure switch is hooked up and not staying open or shorted befor you replace the relay. to check the relay just use a nine volt battery and a few wires engerzing the relay with the 9 volt battery and see if you feel/hear the relay close. hook the battery up the the coil terminals pictured on the the relay casing

Describe your problem in detail. Does the pump start running after you crank the engine for a while and the oil pressure goes up? Do you get a Code 54? You might want to check out this link to a post I found my problem in:

My problem has been narrowed down to a defective ECM and that is screwing up all of my other sensors as well. Also, try unhooking your MAF sensor if you have one to see if that's the problem. Also, I know you have checked your wiring, but there are couple of simple things you can do to make sure it works.
1. Remove your F/P relay and check to see if the contacts are clean. Occasionally the contacts get somehow greased and refuse to make proper contact.
2. Connect a fused 12VDC source between terminals A (positive/black wire) and G (red/negative wire) of your ALDL (A is upper right and G is lower left). If the wiring, relay and pump are good, you will hear the pump running when you go to the back of the car and put your ear on the carpet behind the rear seats or if you remove the gas cap maybe? (I ain't sure- I put my ear flat on the carpet behind the rear seats to listen) If everything checks out and the problem is only with a cold start, the ECM is to blame. Talk about shelling out the $$$...
