My Power door locks are going crazy!

just got back from driving to the store... its been pouring rain the last 2 days (and its STILL coming down) but as im driving i hear this "click" from over my shoulder.. hmm.. drive along some more "click-click-click-clickclick" heh...

the next time i hear it i look at the power door lock.... its twitching... i touch the unlock button.. it comes all the way out...... and then both locks slam to the locked position.

every time i unlock them, they lock back automaticly..... and now the unlock button doesnt work.....

i think water got in the door and shorted out the power lock switch... or i have demons in my car

right now i have the fuse pulled, but i need to figure it out asap... im going on a 1300mile road trip this sunday and with that fuse out i have no horn, cig outlet power or interior lights.....

Had same thing happen to me -

Don't know if was the root of problem but tracked it to a relay in drivers kick panel - disconnected wires - blew it off - reconnected and stopped the weird thing

heh yah that ones fun...Happened to me a few times but the first time REALLY freaked me out, i ended up pulling the relay as well, since they wouldnt stop trying to lock themselves as it just sat out in my driveway. It IS the water, water leaks in there and if you could see the on/off switch, it's 2 pins, water sits in there and shorts them out...Hard to explain, but in my case and most others i know of, just give it a little time to dry out and it'll be fine again.
