Cooling fan wiring

I am building a 1986 camaro. I pretty much bought the car in a box. They hacked the wiring harness up good. I have everything working now except my cooling fan. Can someone help me out with the wiring on this? Thanks

My 89 Trans Am has dual fans and the previous owner cut the wires from one fan and had the other hooked to a toggle switch So I bought a thermostat from JCwhitney that you put in the radiator fins and connect to your fan and set it for how hot you want it to turn on. It works pretty good and is easy to hook up.
