sending unit locations

I am curious as haynes doesnt do the best job of showing me...where are all the various sending units for a carb'd 350? ive got a bunch of Intellitronix guages and sending units that i need to hook up. i know the fuel pressure one..but what about:

-Oil Temperature
-Trans Temperature
-Oil Pressure
-Water Temperature

loo, do some of those even exist, or do i get the joy of drilling new holes

thanks in advance

Engine: t\a motor 355 lt1 intake, t56,the works, 89 roc 427 sbc tt project
Transmission: to many to list
Axle/Gears: 9bolt 4:10 in the T/A
not used in 3rd gen or normal sbc-Oil Temperature

agian, not used in normal sbc or 3rd gen, first ime used in f-body would have been the lt1 automatic. -Trans Temperature

either down by the oil filter or up on top of the block by the distributor (depends on application)-Oil Pressure

either in the front of the intake, or in one of the heads.-Water Temperature

hope this helps you.

for the trans temp, put the sensor in the line going to the tranny cooler (inlet line)

oil temp- in the oil cooler line, or one of the spots the oil pressure switch does not use (you only need one because you have a carbed motor, computer FI used the sender down by the oil filter).

good luck

or you can put the tranny temp sensor in the side of the trans pan, but the cooler inlet line would be better.

good luck
