i pulled the motor out of my car to freshen it up and after i put it back in now the heater doesnt work, i have power going to one side of the fuse, but i cant find power going to the heater controls on the dash, i did take the ac compressor out of the car would that have anything to do with the heater not working?

 

Pulling the compressor would not affect the heater controls. But if you disconnected any of the wires above the evaporator or blower motor you might have issues.
