Rotating power Mirror switch
Ok, here's the deal. I put a 4th gen console in my car and I mounted the mirror switch in the little compartment in front of the shifter beneath the radio. Worked great, except the switch only fits sideways.
I wanted to rewire it so the direction pad is still correct.
Should be simple right? NO.
8 wires coming out of the back of the switch. 4 from the directional pad, and 4 going to the mirrors (2 each).
I've tried every single combination, but I cannot get this to work. The most I have accomplished is making my mirrors only go left and right.
Anybody done anything like this???

Ok, coming out of the mirror is one yellow wire, a blue, a black, and a orange. disconnecting the orange or black causes it to stop working all together so I assume this is my ground and positive.
Then the wires for the switch between driver or passenger mirror have a light green and a white for each.
*sigh*
