Gauge Swap

I have an 87 camaro with a 305 4brl automatic, and it has the 85 mph guage cluster. Would I be able to upgrade to the 145? If so, how could I set it up so it works? I believe that one also has a tac, and mine doesn't.

What you need to do is replace the entire guage cluster. You can get one on Ebay or go to Third Gen Resource (link above) and buy a new guage cluster. Soon as you put it in, you can sell your old one Ebay, but won't get NEARLY as much back.

Car: 1989 Firebird Formula
Engine: Internal Combustion
Transmission: Completed
Axle/Gears: ones that turn.
You'll also need to change the coolant temp and oil pressure sending units for ones that will work with gauges, not idiot lights.
