Power locks are going crazy. I need help
Hey...last night I was driving and I blew the accessory fuse. This has happened twice in ~4 days.
Well today I was out stripping my window tint and I went back into the house. I came out and noticed the doors were locked. Unlocked them and went back in again. I came out and I hear click click click...the locks are locking automatically. I pulled the accessory fuse and it stopped. Where should I look first?
BTW that fuse controls the radio, the light by the kick panel, and the power hatch and window switches.

mine did that too!!
they were possessed! lmao... they would also start clicking when i had them unlocked going down the road...
it had been pouring rain for 3 days straight when my car started doing that.. turns out, water had gotten in the door....
while your powerdoor locks still work, pull the fuse and dry em out
by the time mine dried out, the silinoids had been burnt out by staying "closed" all the time...
now i have to tap the button so that they slowly jerk it locked..

Mine never have worked that great. It rained hard for 3 days...I know my door is wet. Since it comes in from the corner because the stripping is toast. So I gotta wait for it to dry out? How can I disconnect the wires? I pulled the buttons out but I cant figure out how to disconnect them.
I dont care about the power locks...i just want the radio to work!

I took the switch out of the pass side door. So far everything is good again. I hope its just wet. If I have to Ill just leave it out I dont care. No big deal for me to reach over and unlock the door.

Its your lock switch. It happened to me also. Your best bet is to just by a new switch from Hawks or something. Thats what I did and everything worked perfect.

Those switches are really cheap also. You can get them from gmpartsdirect for a few bucks each, but then you gotta pay their crazy shipping rates.
