Tonight when I stared my car, motor was cold, it started but I noticed that my volts were only just under 12 with the motor running, I'm thinking oh *** what now, I've gone through 4 alternators in just over two years, then after about a minute the volts suddenly kicked up to over 15, where they stayed until I got home, luckily it was a short trip. Do I need another alternator??
