Fuel System

Is there any advice on how to check all the wires that have to do with the fuel system. I really dont know what to do. Theres something wrong with the fuel system and people have told me to look for something with wires. Please help and let me know if you need something to be explained more specific.

With the key on and the engine off, all of your injectors should have 12v at both wires. The fuel pump relay should click on when you turn the key from off to on. You may not be able to hear, but if someone else turns the key for you, you will feel it.
