on the left side of the steering column right behind the turn signal theres the little black plastic peice that pops off and underneath it is a switch or a relay (i dont know what to call it) and it controls the windsheild wipers, high beams and for some reason the fans. my headlights stopped going down my wipers stopped and my high beams stay on if i put them on but if i mess around with that switch thing everything works again. does anyone know what that is or if they even sell that part anymore? the name of it would help me alot too.. i looked in my haynes repair manual and that part doesnt even exist in it.
