Need help with Vats

Anyone know where the vats module is located on a '95 3800 V6 Camaro? It is not where the factory manuel specifies. I have the cluster and the dash hanging but can not locate the module. Yes I do know what it looks like. The book says on the Airbag mounting bracket but it is not there. Maybe someone has done this job on a 4th gen before and could help me out?

Thanks in advance!

Have you looked on the passenger side air bag mounting bracket? Are you having a problem with the module or just VATS in general?

Yes I looked on the passenger side airbag frame and it is not there. The module is faulty. I have a Tech l and have done numerous scans and it shows faulty VATS Module. I bought the car used so maybe a previous owner relocated it. I have tried to track the harness down but cannot find that either.
