Wire up an outside temp sensor to car power..
Alright guys, i have one of them cheapo outside temp sensors from walmart. I hav esed 2 AAA batteries and am tired of thebattery thing. It uses 1 AAA battery at a time so how ould i wire this up to the car power so i dont blow anything up?

Transmission: 5 speed manual on lsd
What you need to do for this is... :
# Find an always on power connection (I'm not entirely familiar with the specific wiring on these cars yet....)
# Connect a 1A fuse to it then run the wire through to where you need the power.
# Wire in a 1.5V regulator, with a couple of capacitors on either side of the regulator.
# Ideally between the fuse and the regulator you would want to put a filter circuit.
# Wire it through to where you have the temp sensor.
How are you placed for getting these parts and wiring them up?

I have no idea where to get this stuff. Could you please tell me? Will i be able to goto radio shack for this or what?

I can't entirely help you there as I'm in a different country!
However unless someone else knows different, I'd start at radio shack.
