hey guys a lot and i mean alot my wires not hooked up but few are puzzling me more then others. I know my radio is hooked up correct thats one thing im good at. Pulled it out for something today noticed two wires one red and one orange coming from passenger side panel .I already have my positive wire etc for radio everything far as radio goes is fine just two wires cut not hooked up to anything. Also was working on cleaning engine and a green wire near drivers side passenger valave cover hit valve cover and sparked so i know it has power to it i just taped it up for now but have no clue where this wire goes any ideas? 85 camaro berlinetta v8 305 motor is not stock reman engine in it cc carb.

 

There are two wires i know of on the drivers side of the engine, one goes to the coolant temp sending unit, although i wouldn't imagine power would go through it. The other goes to the A/C compressor, but i think that the wire is green with a white stripe. Hope this helps somewhat.

 

Both wires 3gc mentioned will have power to them. How many connections are there on the compressor? The temp sensor would have two so if it were the wire for that you should have another loose wire around somewhere.
