Now, rewiring, maybe I should take it to a shop?

For those in the know how my cars lights are foobared, the original parklamps have been replaced with a cube turnsignal and the parking lights are in the flip-top lights, so whenever the park lights come on, the flip tops go up.

Now I am going to make it original and move the park lights down where they should be, but I'm not sure how to go about rewiring it so that the parklights will be down there and the fliptops will stay down.
