Please help a guy out with this

hey.....ive got some messed up problem......ive searched and i couldnt find any answers to it

none of my door locks/hatch/horn and all the stuff on the CTSY fuse dont work

so i ripped apart the drivers side door pannel and found some wires thouching the body, so i taped them up and everything worked!!! i was all like..WEEEEEE.......then i put the door pannel and all that stuff back on

but then after like 20 mintues of that the fuse blew.....so i tried another fuse and it blew......i used a checklight and with the car off there is power coming out of the ctsy fuse and i read an that means a short......could it be something else or could it be i just didnt do a good enough job taping?? like it worked, but then it blew again...... so im thinking i just might have taped it bad.....but it could be something else right?? and also i was installing my cd player and i couldnt find the wire that the batter is connected.....i was using the test light on all the wires that were sticking out from the radio.....could this be becasue its on the CTSY fuse??

wow, talk about typing alot but not saying anything.

check the area around where you taped the wires, is there something that attaches there like a screw for the door panel, or arm rest? That fuse runs alot of stuff. The orange wire in your stereo harnes is the constant 12v+ which runs off the ctsy fuse.
