MAF Sensor
My friends 89 IROC may need a new MAF sensor... .theyre a bit pricey, and I have one layin around here. Any idea if a V6 one would work? I dont see why not as long as the connector is the same, all it does is measure air isnt it?
Thx

I had thought about that myself not too long ago when I needed a replacement for mine. I called my buddy in the parts department of the local dealership and asked him about it. He said that they were not interchangable. The body design is different and I believe the connector is mounted on the side, not the bottom. I finally spent the money and got one with a limited lifetime warranty. If it goes bad, I take it back and get a free replacement.
