Problems with headlights (with brights on)

I noticed today that when my brights are on the right blinker (green)light on the dash is lit up and not blinking. I pulled up to my office door to see the reflection of my lights.

When I put the brights on, the driver side lights (both of them) are lit up fine. The passenger lights (both of them) are lit but are so weak that they "burn" orange, almost like they are not getting enough electricity. W/O the brights on, both headlights shine bright.

Can anybody help me find this wiring problem?

personally , i'd check your grounds on the headlights . a loose or corroded ground makes cars do some mighty strange things kinda like what is going on with your car.

Typically, that is a burnt out bulb. put your lights and hazards on and do a trip around the car - and try it without the lights on.
