I just switched an 87 350 tpi into my 90 rs and I am having some starting problems. When I turn the key the engine turnes over, the fuel pump turns on, and the plug wires spark intermittently. Sometimes I try it and the plug wires spark, sometimes they do not. When the wires do spark sometimes it sounds as though it is about to start, aka fires for a moment, and other times it sounds as if only 1 cylinder is firing.
I am also setting a code 46 in the computer and showing a security light.
I am getting proper voltage from the ignition lock and the key reader.
