Make your own gauge cluster
After going through my ordeal with my fuel gauge, I am questioning whether or not I want to continue messing with it or just make another gauge cluster out of autometer gauges. I've seen a few people on here who have done it and I had a few questions.
(1987 IROC Z, 140mph speedo
1. What gauges will I have difficulty replacing due to incompatabilities? I know I will probably need to get an analog to digital converter for the speedo, but anything else?
2. Whats the general cost on a project like this going to cost?
3. Any tips ?

i am sure that they sell analog speedo's
as for hte cost i suppose it depends on what kind of gauges you use, as well as the size and how many you have.

I'd think that for the sake of accuracy, you would have to get a analog to digital converter. I would atleast... Anyone create their own gauges yet ?
