89 L98 GTA

Ok, I finally decided to install my cool silver gauges and everything went well, my biggest worry was not breaking a needle but now my speedo stopped working, I checked all the fuses and they are fine. My Speedo is the only gauge that doesn't work, where do I start?

 

Make sure the overlay is down and not interfering with the needle. The most common mistake, so start there before tearing everything esle apart.

 

Im positive overlay is completely down, overlay is not interferring with needle at all.
