Major electronic interference out of storage
Hey guys, long time since I've posted...I'll blame it on school.
I just got my car out of storage, and I'm getting picky already. One thing that's driving me nuts is the major interference and arching I'm getting through my stereo when I adjust the comfort controls and rear defrost. I used to get the odd pop, but since I've pulled her out of storage this year, it's happening every time I touch the controls. I'm really not in the mood to tear the console apart just yet, so I'm either going to have to live with it or find a quick fix. Can anyone direct me towards the start of my problem? I just don't know why it started for no apparent reason. Thanks.

is the noise coming through your sub/subs?
if yes, get a "ground loop isolater", it goes inline on you RCA cables, that should fix it
You should be able to find it at a car stereo shop

It sounds like you have some type of voltage supply for your stereo hooked into an accessory voltage supply. Try a different or filtered source.
