Ignition questions
ok guys, first off...a really simple easy question, i am going to be doing a tune up on my car tomarrow (plugs, wires, cap and rotor) and i was thinking of gettin the custom fit 8mm wires...how much of a pain in the *** are those to size up, and if they aren't that hard to do, what all does the process include? or are there instructions in the box that should sum it up pretty nice...2nd, i am thinking of getting an MSD 6AL ignition box for my 89 iroc, but was wondering what are the perks of having them, and if it would be a good or bad idea for street use, with stock engine atm (goin to be doin a rebuild on it in the next year or so tho)

It's not worth it. The holders for the stock wires won't accept the 8 mm wires, stick with the Packard Electric factory ones. You can do it but it's a PITA. Ditto for the ign, the factory ign is plenty hot for most normal street applications. Save your money for the swap.
