New Gauge Cluster...slow turn signals
Just installed a new Autometer Ultra Lite cluster from Covan's Classics, everything went well except now my turn signals are slow and even slower when the headlights are on.
Any suggestions?

Just as the install manual said, eveything plugs into the factory loom.
Problem is worse than I thought, just took her out for a spin around the block and it looks like I'm running off my battery, the voltmeter shows 10 - 11 volts, everything losing power, stereo barely works...
This HAS to be something I've stupidly overlooked because the car ran great with the original cluster.

No mention of a resistor anywhere in the literature.
The only brown wires I found were for the cruise control and went to the ecm.
Its a 1988 IROC 305 4spd. auto

well, you need to put a 100 ohm resister between the brown wire to the alt and key on power
I'll see if I can find a diagram for you
