Axle/Gears: it's crap...they're stock!

umm, you ARE kidding, right?!?!!!
Anyways, from left to right:
first button shuts off your fog lights,second button turns on your fog lights, and the third is not a button at all, it's an indicator light to let you know when the fog lights are on.

fog lights...
Correct me if i'm wrong guys, but the stock fog light type should be lamp type # H3-55w,which can be replaced by any type of driving, fog, or combo(of driving & fog) type H3-55w to H3-100w.
As for the enclosure of the light source, i'm tempted to say #4652.
