Left turn signal stays lit
I tried taking out the left side turn signal bulbs one by one. And the blinker would just stay on. So it can't be a bad bulb. I also replaced the flasher and still no luck. any ideas?

What vehicle is it on?
Were the outside bulbs staying lit as well?

Mine is doing this too, any help guys?!? PLEASE!!
I am guessing bad flasher or fuses? Do the turn signals use a different flasher than the hazards? Because my hazards work fine. My left turn signal stays lit all the time, doesnt blink at all.

The hazzards do use a different circuit/relay for operation.
If the signal outside is staying lit, it would seem your getting power leaking in from anoother source. If the flasher relay is bad, neither side will work because both indicator sides are powered from the same, single relay.
The inside indicator is tied directly to the wiring that leads to the outside lamps. Not certain about all, but, the few I've dug through the wiring, the inside indicator was tied at the bulkhead on the inside.
Assuming the indicators are only lit with the car on, I'd start by pulling the turn b/u fuse and see what happens. Guessing, the problem will still be present. Next would be to pull fuses from circuits that are only on with the ignition and note what happens.

Anyways, I'm gonna check out my relay and flasher tomorrow...probably replace them and see if it fixes the problem.

Probably not going to help but when I took apart my steering column the FIRST time to tighten it the left turn signals stayed solid and my lock cylinder wouldn't move. So I had to pull it again and line my lock cylinder up correctly and when everything was back together my turn signals worked fine.

Well I beleive I fixed it. I had alot of dirty/bad grounds and connections. I also bought a new high beam headlight because the old one had a broken ground tab on it. All seems to be better now

I had the same problem and it was caused by the connection in the pass side front turn signal, it's the top wire in the pic,

im having a similar problem. the other day i was stopped at a stop light waiting to turn and all of a sudden my blinker stops blinking. so i tried the other side and nothing. both sides stay lit and wont blink. i checked fuses and bulbs but nothing. my hazards work tho so i know its not my bulbs. where is the relay located? i think that might be it.
