Clifford valet code reset help

Here is my newest problem with my Clifford alarm install. Basically, I got my car with a Clifford Concept 100 that the previous owner knew nothing about and neither did I, it was only a nuisance so I took it out. After finding some great guides and info on the Directed.com website, I took my crack at reinstalling it and now I have everything wired up and working properly, and this time I know what does what

Anyways, I have only one problem remaining that I can think of. I would like to change some of the programmable features, but to do this I need to know the previous valet code. The factory code does not work, it must have been changed by whoever originally got the alarm installed. I can enter "valet mode" with my remote, but I can only enter the feature programming mode using the 2-button valet switch by entering the correct code.

I can't find any info regarding a system reset in my documentation. Do I have any options other than taking it to a licensed installer? I've heard you can use the DataPort and change it via the Clifford Wizard software, but from the little that I've read, even the software that you use to do this(The Pro version?) only goes out to dealers.

I'd like to do this without taking it to somebody else if there is any way possible. Obviously, I can see how it can't be an easy process or else any joker car thief could do it to any vehicle, but I think there has to be some way or another to do a reset. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
