blinkers not working right after crashing the car
the front driver side of my car was smacked in a little after i hit a barrier.. now, when my headlights are turned on my left blinker does not flash, when the headlights are off it flashes quickly, and the right hand signal flashes slowly. and when i turn my headlights on the little green arrow for the left hand signal comes on and stays on. i dont have the first clue about electrical wiring, can someone maybe give some advice on what to do to correct this problem. the car is an 86' 2.8L camaro. thanks.

You have a short somewhere. I'd start with replacing the front marker light bulb. The reason it blinks quickly with the lights off, is that the short is providing power to the rest of the marker lights and overloading the flasher unit. With the lights on, it's getting power full-time - hence the dash indicator being lit.
