Can i can those cool lookin blueish lights for my normal beams?

The coolest thing you can get to the 'blue' look for your year 'bird is the Sylvania 'cool blue' seal beam lamps as far as I know. I don't beileve there is a convesion for the mammoth lamps the 'birds have.
As far as the fogs.. maybe but, I would wadger that you'd have to change the lamp housing out completely to get something for that.
Check Sylvania's website to see what they list for replacement lamps. Probably your best bet for finding the lamp like you want.

^are u saying i can just change the blubs in the regular headlights.
and i dont have foglights now (even thou i should idk previous owner must have took them off) so im just buying new ones.

Doesn't your car use the H6054 big bulbs? if so, yes, you can get Sylvania "cool blue" replacements. An even better solution would be to use the Sylvanis Silverstar bulbs, they're brighter and a little bluish. I think GE makes blue replacements as well. Silverstars are the best for the sealed beams.
You do NOT want blue blubs in your fogs. If you do they will be useless when you need them. If anything, you want stock or golden colored bulbs in the fogs, they work much better when the weather is bad. You do want to see where you're going, no?
