As probably seen, i am new here, but i have a question, i have an 82 crossfire injected w/ 350 v8 pushed to a 383 stroker, Champion heads and a 3.5 in downpipe, the only mods i have on it, but quick to the point, i have some problems when it rains, starts acting up a little, i took a look and it seems to me the connection plugs to the comp arent getting to it all the way, they slip out of place, i noticed this stopped on the side of the road when it stalled out, all my knowledge of cars was given by my late father (*** rest) and i wanted to just clean it up w/ some wd40, get the connection back, so just to double check, i put my friends scan tool on it, and it set about every code imaginable, so with having no one in my area to turn to who knows more than me, i just wondered what you guys thought might help other than cleaning it?

Peace

Since it only happens when it rains i would check to make sure your not getting water onto the computer. For cleaning the contacts use an electrical contact cleaner. You can get that at a home center or a parts store.
