Need Wiring Harness

I am trying to fix a 1989 Camaro RS w/ 2.8L and the wiring harness on the left side of the engine is shot. When the engine was overhauled, the harness was routed under the exhaust manifold. Does anyone have a idea on how to get another one or the part number for that harness. It is the harness that goes to the A/C, Water Temp Sender and such. It then routes under the main drive pulley. It is a California Car. I appreciate any help, thanks.

We have tons of 2.8's in our local boneyard. I was just there today. I could probably find you one.

Greatly Appreciated

That would be great, how much would you want and I will propose that to my son? It is his car. The harness right now is shorting from wires melting together and he has no A/C or a water temp gauge. I figure it could be cut somewhere on the right side and spliced into the old harness. I don't know how far the harness goes after it passes the main pulley till it get to the firewall. So figured it would be better to just cut and splice. Thanks!!!

I appreciate it, but I've found out that most harnesses in the wreaking yards are around $200 and I found a place near here that will rewire the harness w/new for around $300 +. So we are going to wait for now and get an estimate from them. I will keep you posted. Thanks again.

if you're in california, go to picknpull.com and find one of their junkyards. You can get a CHEAP wiring harness from there, they just give them away for like 5 bucks.
