Vats!!
Working on a 1989 camaro. Put the engine of another Camaro into this one and didn't know until later that the other engine had VATS.
Got ignition from old car but had to go get VATS wiring from a junk yard car. Used the same module that was in the old car.
Now this car will NOT run AT ALL.
The fuel pump comes on but that is it??? ANY ADVICE ASAP!!

Actually it isn't the engine that had the VATS, it was the computer that you put in the car to go with the engine. Did you also get the starter enable relay. By the way, I just noticed that it is a 1989 camaro that you are working on. The car already had VATS on it before you put the other engine in it.
