lt1 wiring masters come in

ok i have recently gotten a lt1 harness for wiring up my lt1 swap. i have everthing i need and i mean everything. theres even bulbs hooked to this thing. my question is were do i start and i need some help identifying stuff. pics below are some thing that either i dont know what they are or i need advice on.browsing though the boards helped anwer alot of other questions but these are a few i have left.

ok this is the harness its all here either im goin to slim it down and take what i dont need out or just install it like it was in the car it came out of.

and last this is the pigtails im talking about that comes though the firewall on the original car it came out of. i was thinking that i can just hook the wires up and solder them into my bulkhead on my thirdgen. does anyone have a wiring schematic of this section?? most of them i think i know. my ecm has the numbers *B6BJK6J148B35KMR*does this tell me what its out of? vats is my last issue. whats the vats situation on a 4th gen system?
