Thanks Trickster....
I had a little fire yesterday, apparently fried that ground I referred to. I love watching smoke trickle out near the distributor coil. Now the power windows, windshield wipers, headlights, etc..all hardly work, and VERY slowly at that.
Is there any easy way to get to those grounds? And what about heavier straps...seems like paying 4$ each for the same little aftermarket rust straps isn't necessarily the best option.

There isn't a per se easy way to get to those ground on the right side. I have a MAC flexible head 1/4" ratchet that I use after moving a few items out the way. you could probably do it with a good wrench and a lot of patience. As far as those grounds, go to a junkyard and get some from the cars there, doesn't matter what car. They are all basically the same.

Or you can go to a parts store to buy new ones. Its not like grounds are very expensive at all.
