Brake sets warning buzzer etc.

When the brake pedal is pushed before the car is started the warning buzzer sounds. Also, the front turn lamps are lighted. When the car is started, the buzzer does not sound but, the front turn lamps still light. Ideas? Thanks.

Is the buzzer, the smae one you hear when you turn off the car, and open the door with lights on?

Yes, it's the warning buzzer that sounds when the brake pedal is depressed before the car is started. It seems strange that the front turn signal lights come on at the same time... what's that about?
