new cluster and fuel gauge doesn't work
I just put in a 145 cluster in my 91 RS and the cluster seems to have something wrong with it. First of all the fuel gauge doesnt seem to work after i filled the tank but when it was almost empty it read just that. Secong some of the lights arent working the oil pressure, fuel, and past 100 mph part of the cluster dont light up.. Could this be a bad connection, bad printed circuit, or bad lights and gauge??? I know all of this stuff worked before the cluster swap

I used to sell these with some frequency. My advice was to swap the speedo head only so that you were assured that all other gauges/lights in your cluster functioned as before.

Does your speedo work? Is the wiring harness end seated, making good contact with the cluster?
