H4 Conversion
Can everyone give me their opinions on what brand of H4 conversion they went with and the quality of it? I've heard of bosch, toucan, and eurolights, but if there are any others you would recommend, let me know.

These are the units you'll want, the only ones you'll want!
Cibie Lights
If you want to convert to HID's get these adatpers...Casper electronics
Casper sells ALOT of cool stuff, check other items on their site!
P.S. - The HID set-up will not perform very well, even with E-code lenses the light dispursement isn't very good.

I want the 165 mm, right? They don't sell the cibie 165mm on the site you gave me, but I found a place called Daniel Stern Lighting that has them. They better be good for $60 a pop!
What wattage can they take?

When you set up the relays, if you use the stock headlight wires to trigger the relay, aren't you just wasting all the electricity you would have running to your stock headlights, or does it not work that way?

Re: H4 Conversion
you cant waste/use electricity if there isn't a load put on it ie. headlamps
relays are designed as a switch thats activated by a small amount of power, not enough to be concerned with to allow electricity to flow through without putting a load on your switch ie toggle switch/headlamp switch
there are many relays used throughout a vehicle from power windows to electric feul pumps. its efficiant and cost saving not to mention safer if theres a short.

i have the hella vision plus conversion lenses with osram silverstars and the conversion harness from painless. the hella lenses are great quality and have a nice beam pattern on low and high beam. no complaints.
