Just got my scanner and want to check and see if anyone has one with a B&M megashifter. The park/neutral detected-yes/no reads the opposite for example

park/neutral detected-no when the car is in park and neutral

park/neutral detected-yes when tha car is in reverse and in drive

I can't start the car in gear and the computer does lower the rpm's when put in gear. Just want to know if anyone else gets the same thing

 

I have the auto x-ray ez-scan 6000 and have that same problem. I contacted their tech support and questioned them about that and their reply was that is how it is supposed to work. They have just put out an up-date to their software for the scanner that you can up-load to your scanner from the internet.
